Ramping up for Thermal Imaging

Cooler weather in October and November, is the start of thermal imaging season. Over the summer our work has been mainly air tightness testing across Scotland, including a mixture of housing and commercial buildings.

Construction in Edinburgh and Glasgow is continuing fast, and we are seeing an increase in customers requiring interim and final air leakage tests.

Air permeability targets of 3.0 m3/h/m2 and below are increasingly common, as more developers look to Passivhaus and other low energy fabric first designs.
